What is Artilyra® with UC-II® Collagen?

A perfect combination designed to help keep muscles and bones in good condition by helping the formation and maintenance of connective tissue and collagen.

ARTILYRA DOSE®: 1 capsule per day.

What is UC-II® collagen?

The UC-II® is a matrix containing type II collagen not hydrolyzed Y non-denatured constituted by a natural structure of triple helix of type II collagen, the same one that is present in our joints.

Its mechanism of action is unique: Works with the immune system to promote healthy joints (in a way called oral tolerance).

This native form of collagen retains very special molecular regions called epitopes. The epitopes are capable of binding to Peyer's patches (immune cells in our intestine) causing an immune response that is capable of reducing inflammation and reversing the process of collagen destruction in our joints.

Benefits of Artilyra®

UC-II® is a patented ingredient with several clinical studies, including that of the Pfizer laboratory, which have shown a much greater effectiveness than other products on the market such as glucosamine and chondroitin.

On the other hand, Vitamin D presents several complementary studies, evaluated and accepted by the EFSA, related to muscle and bone health.

  • Demonstrated efficacy in healthy subjects and those with osteoarthritis.
  • It can trigger the natural rebuilding of cartilage in the joints during the joint repair cycle and daily activities or exercise.
  • The results of the study demonstrated an improvement in the mobility and flexibility of the joints.
  • Significant improvement in knee extension.
  • It appears to relieve joint discomfort in healthy subjects.
  • Significantly more effective results than Glucosamine and Chondroitin in Osteoarthritis.
  • Delays the onset of osteoarthritis (PFIZER preclinical studies).
  • Prevents deterioration of joint cartilage.
  • Improves the mechanical function of the injured knee.
  • Maintains the bony integrity of the knee joint.
  • Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.

Indications

  • People who have chronic discomfort derived from the wear and tear of the joints caused by age or sports.
  • For those who want to take care of their long-term joint health and prevent the progression of arthritis and osteoarthritis.
