Description
What is it for?
In recent years, the scientific literature has investigated the effect of a series of compounds present in hot chili on pain, health, weight loss and sports performance.
Capsaicinoids and capsinoids, among which the most studied is a molecule known as capsaicin, are used in the supplement industry with interesting results.
On physical and sports performance, capsaicin would be able to increase the total volume of training and the intensity achieved in strength or resistance training by improving the contractile function of the muscle and dissipating fatigue.
Capsaicin is capable of interacting with some of the receptors linked to nociception and, therefore,, to the feeling of discomfort and discomfort. In this way, the effect of capsaicin would be to attenuate fatigue and discomfort in the face of maximum intensity efforts, being able to avoid the limiting effect of the nervous system.
On the other hand, capsaicin could stimulate muscle tissue receptors responsible for the release of calcium. Therefore, through these two mechanisms, capsaicin would act on the proper functioning of muscle contraction, the main limitation in strength training and at times in endurance sports.
On the other hand, some of the effects documented in the scientific literature have to do with its effect to improve power peaks, pain resistance or better use of energy substrates. In addition, its use could have a positive effect on body composition management in some contexts, which has led it to be used in some formulations to improve it.
On the other hand, due to the possible irritant effect of capsaicin in its different forms, some new forms of administration have become popular in recent years, an example of which is phenylcapsaicin.
Phenicapsaicin is a highly bioavailable microencapsulation that notably increases the concentration of capsaicin in the blood with an ideal release to be consumed before a workout. In this way, unlike other forms of capsaicin, phenylcapsaicin (Axivite ®) achieves a significant concentration in the blood, without generating itching or burning, but fulfilling an acute effect after administration, unlike other microencapsulated formulas.
Benefits:
- Improved muscle contraction.
- Delaying effect of discomfort and pain in a series.
- Increased total volume, tonnage, or effective reps.
- Burning effect after consumption decreased.
- Optimal pre-workout blood concentration
- Helps in fat loss.
What dose to consume?
Adapt the dose to your needs and tolerance, the doses to consume range from 1 to 4 capsules 40 minutes before training.
Composition:
This product contains phenylcapsaicin.
