How to take Beef Protein 500g?
Mix 1 dose in a shaker (30 g= 1 fat measuring spoon= 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water. On training days take at least 2 servings, 1 serving within 45 minutes of training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving at night.
